Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website or downloading any images. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms. This is a legal agreement between you and RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. If you do not accept these terms and conditions ("terms"), do not use this website. By clicking on the “I accept” button, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you are obtaining image reproduction rights on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority and right to bind the company to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

This website is owned and operated by RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. All content on this site is copyrighted by RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY

Permitted use: The client has permission to use low-resolution images for the purpose of comps and/or layouts only. Images may not be used for final projects without written permission and payment of invoice. It is strictly prohibited that images may not be used on any Intranet, Internet, or web page without written permission from RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. Images may not be used in any way until RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY has invoiced client for the requested usage rights. Usage rights will only be granted upon full payment of invoice. Permission to reproduce an image applies only to the usage rights described in the invoice. Usage rights may not be transferred to a third party without written permission. In the event of unauthorized use, the Client shall pay damages to RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. All rights not expressly licensed on client’s invoice and licensing agreement will remain the exclusive property of the RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY

THE RIGHT TO reproduce a picture granted by RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY may not be assigned to any third party without RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY’S prior written consent. Indemnity: The Client shall indemnify RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY and his Representative against any claims and damages, and liabilities including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the Client’s use of the photographs from RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY has taken reasonable care to correctly identify and caption all pictures. RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY does not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by the Client or any third party caused by any errors.

REPRODUCTION OF IMAGES - Any alteration of, manipulation of or derivation from the photograph(s) must be specifically authorized in writing by the Photographer. The photograph(s), whether in tangible or digitized form, may not be archived by any party for a period of more than sixty (60) days after publication or termination of the licensed period. The photograph(s) may not be placed in any electronic cataloging or electronic delivery service without the express written permission of the Photographer.

No images licensed from RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY may ever be used for misleading, fraudulent, pornographic or illegal usage.

Images may not be manipulated by any photo imaging software without written permission from RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY. Images may not be altered and used as a “new” image by any user of this website. Any images from this website may not be resold to anyone. The copyright to each image is owned by RON DAHLQUIST PHOTOGRAPHY and is non-transferable.
